My personal recipe for feeling great and staying FABULOUS!!!

Hey guys, just want to come at you with a little food for your thoughts! I am giving you my personal recipe for feeling great and staying FABULOUS!! Hope everyone likes this, this is what I do and I know it might not work for everyone; but this is truly a blessing for me:)

My recipe for feeling great starts with me first waking up every morning and giving thanks. Its the 1st thing I do when I close my eyes at night and when I open them in the morning. I give thanks for whatever comes to my heart. For my family, friends, for my boyfriend, and most important , me being able to say thanks. You have to understand that if it wasn't for my savior Christ, I would not be here today writing and telling you how wonderful I feel!

My personal touch starts when I look in the mirror as I'm getting dress and saw to myself, "You are beautiful." I applaud women when they get up in the morning and put on clothes and make-up and are dress for the show!! It's hard work, but we do pull it off well. As I'm putting on my make-up, I have the feeling of power, beauty of all mankind, and FABULOUS!! Ladies you do not have to wear make-up just to cover up a scar or because it makes you feel less of yourself; you can wear it simple because it transforms you. I love love make-up. It has become part of me and how I feel when I look great and feel FABULOUS.

I am saying all this to let you know my personal recipe for feeling great and staying FABULOUS is looking my best, acknowledging my faith, being strong physically and mentally, and simply being me. Its hard and I am not perfect, but the one thing I do know is that I love myself more than anyone ever could. Put these things in your life and you will see how great things get.

  2. I love your blog and its title. I wear makeup almost everyday. It's not to cover up any scar but rather enhance the beauty I already feel within. I love my M.A.C. and can't function without it! My heart goes out to all those women that have to wear makeup to cover up physical and emotional scars.
